Attorney Bio

Attorney Tyson Cain is a native of Wisconsin and has spent most of his career in the Wausau area. He is a graduate of Saint Olaf College, Marquette University, and Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota. Estate law is passion and exclusive focus. Before forming his own practice, Tyson practiced estate law for firms in Sturgeon Bay and Wausau. He immersed himself in probate and trust administration during his first years of practice, affording him an ideal perspective on the importance of sound estate planning. Tyson's legal services are uniquely affordable and convenient. They are limited in scope, not oversold, and delivered virtually, thereby preserving the resources of his clients.

     Tyson resides with his family near Toledo, staying busy with his personal and professional responsibilities. In addition to maintaining a law practice, he is completing graduate studies in Applied Philosophy at Bowling Green State University and is due to graduate in 2025.
